Elaine is one of our Technical Administrators. She started working in financial services administration in 1994, beginning with Scottish Mutual in Glasgow. She moved to England in 2001 to pursue a career as a financial planning administrator.

Elaine’s current role is to support our planners, providing administration support that can include writing suitability reports and producing review documents. Along with the reports and reviews, Elaine’s day-to-day work can include the collating of information, liaising with providers, communicating with clients and anything else that ensures we deliver a great and efficient service to our clients.

Outside of work Elaine is a passionate baker and cook. She loves to cook from scratch and create new sauces, especially Mexican sauces! Elaine can cook up a storm when she’s entertaining friends and family.

Elaine usually spends her downtime by escaping into either movies, cooking programmes or a good drama. She’s also into music which she plays every day whilst working.
