At Work

Anna is one of our Paraplanners. She has worked in financial services for more than 25 years, previously as an adviser, and as a compliance officer.

On a day-to-day basis. Anna’s work is of a technical nature, assisting our advisers with cash flow planning and technical issues relating to pensions and investments.

Anna often liaises with clients to obtain or clarify information with them.

At Home

Outside of work Anna loves walking with her dog, exploring new places and meeting other dog walkers. Her more leisurely activities include playing for a crib team and a ladies’ darts team. She also takes part in yoga classes to stay fit.

Anna enjoys quiz nights and watches many quiz-based television programmes to pick up knowledge. For a bit of down-time, you’ll find Anna settled, getting lost in a good book.

On an ideal weekend, you can find me:

Going on a long country walk with dogs and friends.

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Jo Brand, David Attenborough, and Ed Sheeran.

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Sherlock Holmes.

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Dancing Queen by Abba.

The three qualities that draw me to new people are:

Their smile, their laugh, their openness and honesty.

The three small things that make my day better are:

People smiling and saying hello when out walking, my dog greeting me when I come home and a phone call from a friend.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

My grandchildren.
